  • Business Hours & Payment Info
    Our operating hours are: Monday Friday 8am - 8pm Saturday 10am - 5pm Sunday 8am - 1pm Please be advised we may not respond outside of these business hours, but no worries, we'll get back to you the next business day as early as possible. We accept all major credit cards. We accept cash for pick up orders only!!!
  • Do I have to pay with PayPal?
    All of our payments are processed through PayPal, however, you have the option of paying with your PayPal account or debit/ credit card at check out. Please note cash payment should only be selected if you are selecting Pick Up for your order. We will not accept cash for delivery or shipped orders. If you want to pay with a debit/credit card or want to choose cash for pick up, select the Checkout button. If you're paying through your PayPal account, you can go ahead and select PayPal Checkout If you selected the regular check out option, enter your shipping details then select PayPal if you are paying with a credit/debit card. After you enter all of your details and click "Review and Place Order", hit Pay with Debit or Credit Card. It will redirect you to PayPal and you can enter your card info. As always, if you have any issues or questions, just contact us.
  • How long until I get my order?
    Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to confirm all orders and to begin processing. Items will be fulfilled and ready for shipment within 3 days after order confirmation. Local delivery and pick up orders take about 2-3 days to be fulfilled. After this processing time, your order will be available on the next delivery or pick up day. Delivery and shipping fees do apply and vary by zip code. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You will be notified via email and/or text in regards to any pick up or local delivery orders. We work diligently to get orders out on time and in a lot of cases we are able to have orders ready earlier than expected. However, there may be times where we may experience an influx of orders and you may experience an increase in our order processing time. We will be sure to communicate any changes regarding your order via email and/or text.
  • What are your pick up and delivery days and times?
    Please note the following pick up times: Wednesday 11 am - 8 pm Friday 9 am - 5 pm Saturday 10 am-1 pm Please note the following delivery times: Sunday 11 am - 1 pm Tuesday 6 pm - 10 pm Thursday 6 pm - 10 pm
  • What happens if I can't make my pick up or delivery time?
    If you cannot make it or will be late, please reach out as early as possible and we will reschedule your pick up or drop off.
  • Why can't I select local delivery?
    We only deliver to specific cities. If local delivery is not an option at check out, you are outside of our delivery zone.
  • Do you offer discreet shipping? Do you offer contactless pick up or delivery?
    Yes, we offer discreet shipping. Yes, we offer contactless pick up and contactless delivery, which will be confirmed when we contact you with your delivery and/or pick up date. Please be advised we are not responsible for any packages after we leave it at your preferred site.
  • How do I bake and store the products?
    Store your cookie kit and/or Just Sugar in a dry and cool place. Use your cookie kit and/or Just Sugar within 3 months of receiving your order. Bake the cookies following the directions on the back of the tag on your cookie kit exactly as it says. After baking the cookies, store them in an airtight container and eat them within 5 days of baking. You can also make the dough from your cookie kit and freeze the dough for up to 4 weeks. Drink your seasonal drinks within 5 days. Shake them well before drinking and keep refrigerated. Already made cookie dough, keep refrigerated and eat within 5 days of recieving or store in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Pop up snacks and all other snacks, eat while fresh.
  • Why do the cookie kit prices vary?
    The $75 cookie kits include both Just Sugar and Just Brown Sugar. All other cookie kits include Just Sugar.
  • How do I get free shipping?
    Orders over $130 are eligible for free shipping/ delivery in areas where delivery is available.
  • Can I apply a discount to my order?
    Yes! Add your promo code at the end of your order. Please take note of the valid thru dates for discounts and promos as well as directions to receive the discount.
  • Refunds & Exchanges
    All sales are final unless an order is incorrect or damaged. If an item or order arrives damaged, please take a picture and contact us immediately so we may assist. We are not responsible for any misspellings entered by the customer on the order after the order has been shipped. Our production process is the same for every order. We are not responsible for the way an individual metabolizes the product and will not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Can you bake the cookie kits for me?
    We will bake your cookie kits for you upon request for a small fee. Just add it to the notes section of your order.
  • Are all of the products made to order?
    Most of our products are made to order. Your order is prepared as close as possible to your shipping, drop off, and/or pick up date to ensure freshness. Our limited time pop-up snacks are the only items that aren't made to order, as they are pre-prepared and sold as is.
  • What are pop up snacks?
    Our pop up snacks are snacks or drinks that we bake and make in house. The snacks are chosen at random and are posted on the site for a very short period of time (usually a week or less) or until it's sold out. Pop up snacks are usually already discounted, so they cannot be used with other discounts/ coupons unless otherwise stated. They are also only first come first served, as there are limited quantities. In some cases, in order to preserves freshness, some pop up snacks cannot be shipped and are only available for local drop off or pick up orders. Those snacks will be tagged with a "Drop Off or Pick Up Only" ribbon.
  • Why can't I find all of your secret menu items on the site?
    Because it's a secret! But no seriously, you can find them at the Secret Menu link in our bio on Instagram. We advise bookmarking the link for your refrence. The link will bring you to a Google Form where you can place a secret menu order. Some sercret menu items are periodically featured on the site. Most sitewide coupons cannot be applied to secret menu items unless otherwise stated. If you place an order on the site and a secret menu order, your orders will typically be processed together if they are placed within 48 hours or less of each other and the names on the orders are the same.
  • What are your incentivized programs?
